"During your stay, you'll have plenty of opportunities to taste delicious tagines and the famous Moroccan couscous. But what we offer here is a culinary experience off the beaten path, discovering the street food so beloved by Moroccans, in the lively alleyways of the medina!"
Accompanied by a guide, and depending on the time of day and the vendors available, you can savor grilled fish with Moroccan spices, a Berber omelet (eggs, tomatoes, and spices), flavorful olives, stuffed msemens (layered pancakes), an omelet with khlii—this typically Moroccan dried and preserved meat—sfenj (delicious doughnuts eaten for breakfast or as a snack), or even a mixed juice with milk or lemon. And for the more adventurous: the famous Iberbouch (lightly spiced snails) or other surprising local specialties!
The visit ends in style with a mechoui (lunchtime only) or a tanjia marrakechia, an iconic dish of the ochre city… then, to conclude this gourmet experience, a tea with kholanjan, a traditional infusion with a unique flavor. All the street food of Marrakech that we love!
